Tomato sauce NICKEL FREE

The tomatoes are harvested by hand at the right ripeness in their natural life cycle which gives the NICKEL FREE tomato puree a scent and taste like a homemade “sauce”.
The machining process takes place with machines that do not release NICKEL and the water contained in the puree is almost zero; both factors, in addition to making our puree NICKEL FREE, make it delicate and creamy, as if made by you!

Durum wheat semolina pasta

from Apulia and Basilicata

These classic pastas are only drawn through bronze-forms and desiccated at a temperature of 50° C for a duration of 42 hours. The bronze form gives to the pasta a rough surface which helps the absorption of the ingredients.

Have you heard about our antipasti creations?

We make antipasti from fresh, sun-ripened crops. Our homemade spice blends enrich the raw ingredients, selected according to strict criteria, to create well-balanced and ready-to-eat nibbles for your drinks evening or aperitif.
Add a dash of Italian lifestyle to your plate. Our range includes tender artichoke hearts, sun-ripened sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, stuffed carrot rolls and many other delicious creations.

Ketchup Originale Biologico

2021 International Taste Institute award-winner

We are particularly proud to say that our Ketchup Originale – a new creation – was honoured at the International Taste Institute! An intense red ketchup with sweet, authentic flavours and a deliciously dense consistency.
Ripe tomatoes make the difference
The plant compound lycopene prevents cardiovascular diseases, strengthens people’s immune system and protects tomato cells from the sun’s rays. Ripe tomatoes contain more lycopene than unripe ones because they have been in the sun longer. Our Don Antonio ketchup scored best in lycopene: In the Saldo test (14/2022), our Don Antonio ketchup contained 230 mg/kg of the plant substance.
